SHALLOW GRAVE : early danny boyle film. prety shocking (8/10)

AWAKE : not a bad premise. but hayden christensen and jessica alba ruin it (5.5/10)
I was carrying some bananas to New York. They were in a paper-bag, perhaps on the floor. Some remnant of old peasant travel, with food for the journey; some genuine Hindu distrust of the food that might be offered by the aeroplane and then by the hotel in New York - V.S.Naipaul, The Enigma of Arrival

NIGHTWATCH : horror thriller starring ewen mcgregor, josh brolin, nick nolte, patricia arquette, brad dourif and john.c.riley !!! caught it early in the mosrning on TV. the firt half is actually pretty good. but the suspense tapers off towards the end (7/10).

Shouldn't your name be "Prisoner of Movies" instead?

The first time i watched this i was tripping balls on mushrooms, convinced i could see 2 seconds into the future. The entire movie felt like dejavu.

When i saw it several years later i realised i had never seen the movie before, and hadnt a clue what it was about.
I demand nothing but peace & quiet

REC 2: The first 1 was great, would definitely recommend it over the US remake Quarantine, this wasn't as good but still a better horror flick than 90% of the movies that come out of hollywood, these kindsa films like cloverfield have been done to death though
the first 3rd of the movie with the SWAT team was cool as fuck then it trailed off a bit
should prolly watch the 1st one before ya see it still
7/10

Precious; fuckin hell this is not a date movie, it's depressing as shit but it's definitely well acted. I really don't know if I liked it or not but it was a good film. Put a downer on my whole day.

and you did what instead? :wank:
the internet is to the techno-capable disaffected what the United Nations is to marginal states: it offers the illusion of empowerment and community
