I don't know about the chinee restaurants...when I lived in London I went with chinee friends and ordered from the "chinee-only-menue"...and hell...I didn't know what I was getting myself into, but it was some really gnarly intestines stew from hell's kitchen or somthin...and my cantonese friend warned me NOT TO ORDER FROM THE LOCALS MENUE and just order from the altered-for-Europeans-Menue, but no, I had to know what it's like...
